Common questions

My streak reset by mistake.

Open Settings → Account → Restore activity. The last 30 days of check-ins can be recovered. If the entry is older than that, email us with the date.

Sync isn't pulling on my second device.

Sign out, then sign back in on the device that isn't catching up. Sync is push-based — a fresh session forces a full pull.

How do I export my notebook?

Settings → Data → Export. You'll get a single file with every entry, drill, and scoreboard result, ready to keep or move.

I want to delete my account.

Settings → Account → Delete. The account and all cloud data are removed immediately. Local data clears the next time the app opens.
