Hands Off is a personal training tool. The data you record stays minimal, lives on your device by default, and is never sold.

What we collect

Account basics (email, display name) and the in-app entries you choose to log — check-ins, drills, notebook notes, scoreboard results. That's it. No contact lists, no location, no ad identifiers.

Where it lives

Local-first. Your day-to-day data is stored on the device. When you opt into cloud sync, it's encrypted in transit and at rest, scoped to your account, and accessible only to you.

What we never do

Sell or rent your data — under any condition.
Share notebook entries, Red Flag activity, or Urge Surf sessions with third parties.
Run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking.

Your controls

Export everything you've logged as a single file, any time.
Delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account.
Disable cloud sync to keep entries strictly on-device.
